We are seeking a dedicated, responsible, and proactive Team Assistant (entry-level specialist) who will take on some of the routine and support tasks of the management team, helping them focus on strategically important priorities.
This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with Administrative experience and strong organizational skills, a candidate who wants to grow with the company and become an indispensable support force for the entire company.
Responsibilities:
Data updating: regularly updating task tracker statuses (Jira), maintaining tables and databases (Google Sheets).
Collecting and structuring information: preparing analytics (on competitors, providers, etc.), assisting with documents and internal document management.
Managing mini-projects: partner onboarding, organizing company meetings and events.
Deadline management: reminding the team of deadlines, maintaining task organization (Slack, Jira).
Supporting cross-functional teams: fulfilling requests from product and operations teams on routine tasks.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in a similar position at an international company.
Proficiency in digital tools: Google Workspace, Slack, Jira.
Data management skills: ability to structure and formulate clearly and concisely.
Experience managing spreadsheets, databases, and reports (Google Sheets, MS Excel).
English level B1-B2.
High attention to detail, technological literacy, and the ability to learn quickly.
Flexibility: ability to work with a checklist and independently find solutions.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build a workflow with all stakeholders.
