Компания Henkel ищет стажера/ассистента по маркетингу в отдел продаж подразделения ACM (Adhesives General Manufacturing and Maintenance Business Unit) в офис в г. Алматы.
Что такое General Manufacturing and Maintenance?
Наше подразделение работает с промышленными предприятиями, продвигая клеевые технологии Henkel Loctite и Teroson для производства товаров и ремонта оборудования и транспортных средств.
Loctite и Teroson — всемирно признанные материалы, отличающиеся высоким качеством и продуктивностью, с одобрениями в различных индустриях. Они предлагают инновационные решения, безопасные и устойчивые для бизнеса. Должность стажера/ассистента по маркетингу в отделе продаж предполагает подчинение Директору по продажам и Руководителю кластера по маркетингу, оба находятся за пределами страны.
Роль включает тесное сотрудничество с территориальными менеджерами по продажам, отделом обслуживания клиентов и менеджерами по работе с ключевыми клиентами в Казахстане. Они занимаются координацией поставок, организацией бизнес-процессов и развитием проектов для расширения бизнеса.
Что вы будете делать
Помощь в организации, координации и проведении очных и онлайн встреч внутри компании, а также внешних мероприятий для клиентов и дистрибьюторов.
Участие в разработке и реализации маркетинговых активностей.
Коммуникация с внешними агентствами, выполняющими маркетинговые активности.
Оповещение клиентов и дистрибьюторов о проведении мероприятий.
Сбор данных по продажам клиентов/дистрибьюторов.
Взаимодействие с отделом внутреннего финансового контроллинга по учету и сверке данных по продажам.
Работа с внутренней системой CRM и SAP: создание запросов, отслеживание статуса и обеспечение своевременной коммуникации, включая запросы на изменение цен.
Помощь в обработке документов (счета-фактуры, договоры, приложения).
Доработка и локализация (перевод) информационного контента: презентации, листовки, каталоги и др.
Работа с облачным хранилищем SharePoint: размещение и корректировка контента.
Заказ и координация поставки тестовых образцов материалов.
Оповещение клиентов об изменениях в продуктовой линейке.
Что делает вас идеальным кандидатом
Завершенное высшее образование (желательно в сфере маркетинга, экономики), либо студент последнего курса университета.
Возможность работать полный рабочий день в оффлайн формате.
Языки: русский в совершенстве, знание английского на среднем уровне (Intermediate).
Хорошие аналитические навыки.
Уверенный пользователь MS office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Высокий уровень энергии, многозадачность, нацеленность на результат, само мотивация и способность работать в команде.
