Atlas Copco AirPower Central Asia LLP has an open position for a CTS Sales Team Leader.
We are looking for a self-motivated person with strong leadership skills, with ability to adapt to a corporate environment and lead the Service & Spare Parts sales team.
(This is a local position. Almaty, Kazakhstan.)
Role & Responsibilities
Implementing strategies and sales technique that team members use to achieve a goal. Coordinating sales operations.Generating leads and converting them into customers. Assist CTS Business Line Manager in Sales Strategy Development.Managing a team of salespeople; delegating tasks based on each member's strengths and skills, offering the training necessary to complete certain tasks and set deadlines.Setting the goals and tone for the sales team. Create the sales guide: to define the culture and sales processes that lead team to success.Uniting team members, communicating culture, fostering a harmonious, inclusive work environment, and inspiring and motivating sales team to consistently produce exceptional work.Recruit, Train, and Coach the Sales Team. Building relationships with people at every level of the organization.Prepare Sales reports.

Skills & experience
We favor candidates with a bachelor’s degree or those who have taken some business and management courses.Some experience in sales and customer service is required. Experience in the company’s specific industry is highly desirable, along with supervisory or team-based sales experience.Good command of English and Russian. Kazakh language knowledge can be plus.
